Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals (other than crude) and preparations not elsewhere specified or included containing by weight 70 percent or more of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals, these oils being the basic constituents of the preparations, containing biodiesel, other than waste oils:

Duty rates

“General” applies to imports from most trading partners under normal trade relations. “Special” lists products eligible for reduced or duty-free treatment under programs like GSP, USMCA, CAFTA-DR, or individual free-trade agreements. “Column 2” applies to imports from countries without normal trade relations (currently Cuba and North Korea).
